Booking id - [protected] Refund amount - inr 1350 I booked a train ticketon 15 october 2019 from borivali to ahmedabad to travel on 1 november 2019 For some reason i had to cancel my ticket So i cancel my ticket on 30 october 2019 They sent me an email saying that the refund has been initiated Its been 6 day that i have not received any amount in my account So i go to my bank to see if there is any problem my bank told me that they have not received any response from paytm So they tell me to get a utr number (Unique transaction reference number. It is used for identifying a particular transaction in india. It is a unique number that is generated for recognizing any fund transfer and is created by the bank that facilitates the transfer.) Paytm sends me this number 17203019303943386362209 Telling me that this is the reference number that they have received form my bank I am a very long paytm user and i have dome many transaction on this platform it is very hard for me to understand how ridiculous there customer care service is there is no number that can directly contact you to any customer car representative Any from paytm reading it please help me out with this Was this information helpful? | |||
