Paytm Mobile Solutions — Non credit of amount into paytm wallet on failure transaction | |
I made a payment of my electricity bill on 31DEC2016. Amount got debited from my account but the electricity board has not received the payment. I checked into paytm wallet, it was showing my deducted amount of Rs. 2080. But now it is showing my paytm wallet balance is zero. For your reference, I am attaching here screenshot of payment made (Transaction ID:[protected]. Please raise this concern to higher authorities of Paytm who responsible for its security or impreachment with my paytm wallet. Was this information helpful? | |
