Paytm Mobile Solutions — Non credit of amount into paytm wallet on failure transaction

I made a payment of my electricity bill on 31DEC2016. Amount got debited from my account but the electricity board has not received the payment. I checked into paytm wallet, it was showing my deducted amount of Rs. 2080. But now it is showing my paytm wallet balance is zero. For your reference, I am attaching here screenshot of payment made (Transaction ID:[protected].
Please raise this concern to higher authorities of Paytm who responsible for its security or impreachment with my paytm wallet.

Hello PayTM,

It has been long time, paytm have not come up with any solution. I have tried all the ways to contacting to paytm for knowing the status of my debited amount. Even it is not showing up in paytm wallet. Please escalate this issue to higher authorities or to concern people and try to improve your services or system update regarding payment failure. Please find the attachment to look into transaction details.
