Paytm Mobile Solutions — Non delivery of product

I had purchased one product from paytm on[protected] of which order ID is [protected] which was delivered by their courier partner safeexpress ( waybill No.[protected] which was received at destination place(Raipur) on[protected]. The above mentioned order has been cancelled without my consent and after paytm is also not replying my query. When I talked with customer care of Paytm they are telling that courier partner had cancelled their order on the other hand their courier partner are telling that seller had cancelled it. I had also lodged a complaaint but it had not been resolved yet and courier partner are ready to deliver the product if they get a permission for delivery. I request you to look into the matter and take the necessary action.
