Paytm Mobile Solutions — Non-receipt of payment confirmation from manipal academy of higher education

Vide order id PGP00000842 I made a payment of Rs.2, 93, 000/- (total amount Rs.2, 93, 012.65) to Manipal Academy of Higher Education on 10.05.2017 towards Course fee. So far, I did not get receipt from the University to my mail account. When I cross checked University's web site, the amount is still being shown as DUE. Please look into the matter urgently.
