Since 7th february 2017 to till date you are unable to refund my rs120/- to paytm wallet nor you recharge my mobile. Can i took wrong decesion to recharge my mobile through paytm. Plese note that your representative asked me once to get the details of debit card. Other day one of your representative said the amount has already been with your paytm wallet. When i checked no money is available in my paytm wallet. Supoose i do not have debit card can not i get the refund. You are requested to do the needful as early as possible.
