Paytm Mobile Solutions — Non refund of mobile wallet money | |||||
Dear Sir/Mam I have attempted to pay my landline bill on 26th January 2017 using Pay TM wallet which resulted in failed transaction. My wallet amount deducted and not refunded so far. I have checked with bank where they have replied as no amount has been received by them. Previously. I have complained as given below. My transaction reference number 20745991. My pay TM balance before bill payment was approximately 760/-. The bill amount was 833/-. I have tried to pay the balance amount using net banking. It resulted in failed transaction. Then why my Rs 760/- wallet money not refunded so far? Why there is no response from your customer support service?
