Paytm Mobile Solutions — Non refunding of amount

I had purchased a puma t-shirt for rs. 449/- i returned the t-shirt on 18/04/17 but didn't get any refund till now although it has been more than 16 days. Despite several reminders paytm neither returned the money nor gave a satisfactory answer while i had submitted my bank statement as a proof. Now tell me how i can get my refund?
