Around ten days back I had complained to the Paytm executive regarding creation of two different Paytm profiles by the same mobile number, that were created by mistake I requested them to delete the latest profile so that I can use the facilities associated with my earlier Paytm account which was opened through my email. Now a days Paytm account is opened only through mobile which created lot of confusion. even after repeated requests for the last 10 days Paytm executive have not paid any heed to the complaint and they have done preciously little to resolve the matter.
Due to the pathetic and unprofessional response of Paytm I have to pay double the fee at toll plaza.
