Paytm Mobile Solutions — Non-updating wallet and information of the lucky draw

Dear Respective,
I have not seen any updating information like Lucky Draw winners and wallet for the transaction made by me through the paytm online recharge channel. I have recharged my DTH on 11/10/2016 of amounting aroung Rs.900/- and choose the promo code as a "LEDTV" and shown the message of a winner of draw will be declared on tomorrow. But neither winner is declared through any channel or else let the now. Same will happen another time at the time of recharge the mobile prepaid and selected the promo code as a "LAKHPATI" and same as mentioned over there and nothing will be declared on that time also. And also I could not see the update of my wallet for the transactions. I could not understand what is the problem of that and why the information are not disclosing to there customers.

I am very upset on giving reply by the paytm team to me on telephone which is not at all acceptable by the middle class people in India. It is very worse experience for me for any online recharging partner in India. It shows it has neglecting the Odisha for offers provided by the paytm team.
