I had a phone number registered to paytm with full kyc, also had some amount in paytm wallet, and i went to abroad for 10 months, after coming back i found that my sim got deactivated so i got a new number, now from last 1 month I’m contacting paytm to update my new number in my old paytm account but they are not doing it, i have all the valid documents like aadhar card, pan card everything. There is no option to talk to an customer executive everything is handling by an paytm artificial assistant chat messages. Now in next week I’m going back abroad, what to do now? It’s very very frustrating and irritating.
