Paytm Mobile Solutions — not credited cancel ticket money

I have booked ticket and paid through paytm but on 2nd november i have canciled my ticket but till now i have not received my money. I tried calling paytm bit there is no reply from them.

My refund id is : [protected]
The amount should refunded of rupee 320
The status is showing that it is refunded but it is not credited by paytm.
