[Resolved]  Paytm Mobile Solutions — Not received cashback for which Im eligible

I have paid a tution fees of 25000 via credit card, and in my account i have offer that if i paid tution fees of 25k and more before 30sep i will get flat rs300 cb, but I haven’t received anything from paytm side, i have complained this thing to customer care and even raise ticket but still no resolution.
