Paytm Mobile Solutions — not received refund of bus tickets from week

Recently i had booked bus tickets on paytm but it got cancelled by operator and paytm claimed that it would refund the amount to the bank asap it is now over a week but still didn't get the refund if this is way you are handling paytm users then i would switch to redbus to book tickets
