Paytm Mobile Solutions — Not reciving money in my account

Sir i send 3000 rupees other account but paytm not show transfer option after that i click return to bank here show successful but yet not received money in our account. Sir my order no [protected] and wallet order id [protected]. Transferred to bank txn id [protected].
Ir my paytm id mo no [protected].
Sir today is 9th day but i have not received my money in my account.
Ir this case is 14/12/2014
Ir i request plz refund my money
