Hi team, I did trasansition on 3rd nov 2017 but it was failed and refunded money to my account so i make call 2 times to customer care but no response from customer care, still not solve my complaint. Plz solve issue as earlier as possible i m sending details as follows Trasansition date and date: 3 nov. 2017 - rs. 2500/- Failed transaction - Wallet transaction id - [protected] Bank transaction id - [protected] Complaint ref.
