Paytm Mobile Solutions — not refund of money on order cancellation even after 25 days | |||
I have ordered(Order number [protected]) watch in paytm on 6th October and cancelled order on 10th October and i got a message saying I will get refund in 14 days from the date of cancellation but I have not received the money yet. I have tried several times to reach their call center and other help lines like 24*7 ([protected]) but it is not properly working, they have given other option where we can join in PAYTM community and we have to start a discussion about our problem, So i have posted my payment delay issue in it. Their security is very poor I am getting calls from anonymous people saying they are from PAYTM and asking my debit card and pin number details and they are also asking to install anydesk mobile application after raising a complaint to PAYTM for refund. So i want my money to be Refunded and PAYTM should take enough security measures where our personnel data should be protected, which otherwise will lead to major loss to customers. Most Important thing is PAYTM should provide a proper platform like call center or proper email id where our issues should be lodged. The customer care numbers which they given by PAYTM is not working properly. Was this information helpful? | |||
