Paytm Mobile Solutions — Not Refunding amount against cancelled order to bank

I have cancelled some of my order
Order #[protected] and order #[protected] for which i made payments thru my debit card.
For the refund to bank paytm asked to wait for 7 days but still the amount hasn't been credited to my account or paytm wallet. I have also opened the ticket twice but no action has been taken. They just say that they have refunded the amount to the bank and now its on the bank that how much time they take to transfer the amount to your account. And then when i contacted the bank, the bank said that they haven't recieved any such amount from paytm.
They just keep me on hold while they show refunded as the status in the order details.
