Paytm Mobile Solutions — not refunding for defective product | |||||
I purchased asus laptop from paytm, order id: [protected] on 24/6/17. I received it on 6/7/17 and reported on same day that the laptop was defective and its battery doesn't work. As it was in 10 days replacement policy, they waited me for 9 days and on 14/7/17 told me it was not in stock so they will refund me. Three days later on 17/7/17 they reject my return request, saying my laptop is in 2 years warranty period so get it serviced. This resolution is totally unacceptable. If paytm policy doesn't say that on receiving defective piece i have to get it serviced. Policy says: "seller will replace product within 10 days from date of delivery only if, i.) damaged/defective product is delivered or ii.) wrong product is delivered." I request paytm to kindly follow their own policy and give me refund of the product. Was this information helpful? | |||||
