Paytm Mobile Solutions — Not refunding my monrey and not responding | |||||
There was some issue with Paytm wallet because of which when I tried to add money it got deducted from back but was not added in Paytm wallet. Its been 20 days I am complaining but they are not responding and not refunding my money. From my bank side the transaction was successful and paytm is not looking into the matter that what went wrong from their side. I have contacted customer care multiple times and have sent multiple emails but no response. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I transfer my 5000 rupees to my bank on[protected] and till today[protected] I did not get my money back.I send so many emails for this to paytm the paytm company says they were send money to bank and bank says we didn't get any money my issue is still not resolved now I am fileing a cort case against paytm
