I made a recharge using paytm for my jio number for an amount of rs 399 as shown in the plans of paytm site in 10th november 2017. The status is in processing state since more than 24 hours. I made complaint on the site but they are not responding. I rang the customer care number but they don't have any customer care department for handling recharge related issues. As per information from the paytm site, they say that if a recharge is in processing state for more than 2 hours, the customer can cancel and take the refund in the wallet but i can't see that option too. Please do the needful and refund...
