Paytm Mobile Solutions — Odered Gold from Paytm gold but not received it yet , even Paytm customer care is not helping and responding

Hi I ordered paytm gold delivery from paytm on 31st August 2022.
And the delivery date was on 7th Sept 2022. Even after multiple complaints I have not received any clarification from paytm side. I have already raised multiple tickets but no one is responding from Paytm side, even I have called their customer support no. multiple times but they are also not helping. they are not refunding my amount and even not sharing courier vendor or tracking details. As a paytm customer this action is not unacceptable. I am cheated by paytm team, I have already paid for the gold but not getting the same and even they deducted extra charges for secure trusted delivery. After delivery order and collecting shipment costs they are not delivering the product. Please help me out.
