This order shows as delivered to my address but I have not received this item at all!!!

The estimated date of delivery was given between 25 - 28 March 2017.

Then how come it shows delivered on 22nd March 2017????

No notification for early arrival was given to me. No delivery person ever called me!!!

I was at home all day.

I want my parcel anyhow or I shall approach consumer forum!!

I can never trust paytm again!!

I even tried calling customer care, but it says my order no. is invalid!!!

How the hell is that possible???

Also having contacted you through email, they only say that it is delivered!!!

I mean just pure ignorance.

Get this resolved asap!!
