Paytm Mobile Solutions — one month passed, refund not received | |
My name is shiju pappachan. I have made 2 transactions of rs.100 each through paytm mobile solutions gateway for recharging my uts wallet balance both the times, amount deducted from my bank account but it neither credited by uts wallet nor returned back in my account. Payment deducted details from my bank account are as under 13 sep '18inb/[protected]/paytm mobile solutions pvt ltd/uts rs102.12 dr 30 sep '18 bwy/xfer/[protected] -102.12 Please look into this, as it is now more than a month now.
