This is regarding your order [protected] against item id [protected]. Product :- Ruhaan's Blue Polyester Dress I have returned this product on 12/12/2016 and seller has also acknowledged the returned product after 4-5 days. But refund has not initiated yet even after number of emails, phone_calls and requests through paytm application. Multiple times I have given reverse pickup receipt to Paytm but every time a new person take this matter from initial and close the concern without any fix. I'm going to attach reverse pickup receipt here as well. I wasted half of ordered product's amount after calling PayTM customer care because that is not toll free number but still not received my refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
