Dear team, Inspite of sending atleast 10 emails and numerous calls on your helpline number, I have still not received any refund for my order [protected]. Product name: Van heusen blue denim blazer Price: 2999 I have shipped back the product as back as 18.02.2017 and since then, I have been repeatedly sending mails to your team for refund. Is this how you treat your customers? I have been receiving standard emails from your end, with no action plan. The helpline number does not have any option to talk to any customer care executive directly. How does a frustrated customer resolve his queries ? I have even sent you a proof of the courier slip in my previous email. I have repeatedly asked you guys to give me a call back, since there is no option to talk to the customer care officer on your helpline number. Sent several complaints over the paytm app as well as email. Even after all this, I am struggling to receive my refund. I pledge I shall never make a purchase with Paytm going forward. But for now, please stop punishing your customers. Requesting you to process my refund and ask someone from your team to give me a call back.
