I make payment electricity bill but oder status showing 100% successful than after i m going to electricity office and asking show my bill statement officer said no payment, i am soaked i asking paytm but no response... I book three pices in online the amount is paid to debit card.But they delivery only one piece. Amount is charged cut 3 pices. That one also returned they cannot refund my amount. I dail customer care they cannot receive the call.They cannot respond my problem.
