[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — ordered 2 items, received 1 but order shows complete | |||||
I have ordered 2 la firangi kurtas in order no. [protected], i received only 1 packet which had 2 items mentioned on bill but only 1 item inside. This kurta is totally different from what i ordered and obviously lower quality. There customer care lines are no more operational and if you send email on [protected]@paytm.com you get a mail saying this address is not monitored. I raise concern on the app but in vain. They asked me to return. I courier guy was asking me for 2 products but i rcvd only 1 so i returned only 1. I am still waiting for resolution. I need 2nd item's money back or they should send item but no responce from paytm. They just close my requests without any resilution. Was this information helpful? | |||||
