Order id [protected] was delivered to me on 20/10/16. On opening the packet i found that it is only single towel in place of set of 4 towels. So i immediately tried to call paytm customer care but could not connect so from my account page i raised the return/cancellation of order. But as order was not updated as delivered hence it asked me not to receive the item (But item was already with me). On 21/10/2016 i called customer care, and as per instruction, i mailed images of items (2 mails having 4 different images) also mentioning that item was sealed and having no invoice inside the packet. Since then i mailed/called customer care number of times, initially i have been told that some more time is required but later on i have been told that some suspicious activity has been observed in my account from my side hence my issue/request cannot be entertained. When i enquire about the type of suspicious activity, customer care rep was unable to tell.
I am holding account with paytm for a long time & my order details can show consistent transactions (Since januray 2106 approx rs 37000/- apart from paytm wallet used at other merchants with very less return/replacement) and suddenly for one order without enquiring with me, my integrity have been questioned by the term suspicious activity.
Inspite of calling number of times paytm is not listening and they are not having any channel which can be contacted at senior level
So do the needful for proper investigation of the matter and for resolving my issue of receiving incomplete order. If anything else is required from my side the same can be asked from me. Was this information helpful? |
