Paytm Mobile Solutions — Payment failed but money has been deducted | |||
I purchase a mobile phone from one company and the payment of Rs 4999 was made through paytm mobile solution on the 1st March 2017 but the following day it shows payment failed and more over the money has been deducted from my account. I've already contacted my bank and they concluded that the transaction was sucessful from the bank side. In the passbook it shows that payment was sucessfully paid to paytm mobile solution. I have not receive back the money or there's no money in my paytm wallet. I just want whats rightfully mine. Was this information helpful? | |||
