Paytm Mobile Solutions — Payment got deducted but not received in UTS application

Hi,

The amount for the monthly pass rs 2000/- has got deducted from my bank account while making a transaction through the UTS app on 5th June 2023.

I tried contacting Paytm but no response received from customer support.

Kindly take necessary action to refund the amount asap

Details are as follows:

Mobile number registered on UTS - [protected]
Transaction date: 5th June 2023
Amount deducted: Rs. 2000/-
Transaction made via - PAYTM payment gateway
Payment for : Booking First class monthly pass from mumbai to Andheri
