Paytm Mobile Solutions — Payment made to Airtel not credited to airtel nor to my account

I have transferred Rs 455 to my airtel prepaid number on 24/04/2022.the bank transaction payment ID : [protected]. It has not been credited to my mobile number [protected]. It has not been refunded to my bank account.
The transaction ID given the airtel app is :[protected].

kindly resolve my issue please
