On January 6, 2024, I made a payment of ₹10, 700 to a merchant named Shivam Jewelers via Paytm. However, they did not receive the payment. When I contacted customer care, they informed me that the merchant's primary account is closed and that the merchant needs to change their account. They assured me that the money would be transferred within 2 to 3 hours after the account change. Despite the merchant adding their account details multiple times, the money is not getting transferred, and I keep receiving messages to change the settlement account again. Please tell me why the amount is not being transferred even though I am doing everything required. Please help me.
