Paytm Mobile Solutions — Payment not releasing from PayTm wallet

Today tried to pay Rs.370 from my paytm wallet in MORE shopping. I received OTP's n submitted latest OTP. But payment declined from paytm wallet. I have Rs. 1000 cash balance in my wallet. But I am unable to pay because of your bad service. Please send back cash to my account.
