Paytm Mobile Solutions — payment not update after transaction

In 17th march 2018 i was sent money from paytm to account rs. 5000, there are showing details success transaction, but money not recieved in other receiver account till now, my paytm registered number [protected].

So please look into the matter and prompt getting me response.
