Sir I was payment of rupee 450 by debit card for application for on date 29 Jan 2019 but it fails and my payment was deducted from account but not show on application form.so I am again pay 450 rupee from debit card for application form this time it's okay. But money deducted from 29 January 2019 of rupee 450 is not refund from merchant site. I am complaining about that in our bank but they told that this money is credited on merchant site.
