Paytm Mobile Solutions — paytm bank transfer related complaints | |||
I received a payment by scanning the qr code on 23rdjune 2018. I have a paytm merchant account. The bank account linked with my paytm is not operative any more. Please help me divert the said amount received to my paytm wallet. There is no entry as such in my paytm passbook regarding this transaction. I've received the following 2 messages on my register phone no. 1) count#1:rs 4950.00 paid to punit auto mobiles by 9xxxx69100 at 23 jun, 2018 12:16 pm. Orderid [protected]. 2) we attempted a transfer to your bank account for payout of[protected] of rs. 4950.0, but was failed by your bank, we will initiate the payout tomorrow. Tried calling customer care and merchant help numbers, but it was useless... They didn't know the course of action to be taken! Was this information helpful? | |||
