I’m facing terrible experience with paytm bus booking. I booked a bus ticket from paytm for 18th of February from Delhi to Rishikesh on 11.20 PM. My boarding point was Kashmiri gate.
I tried to reach to the bus operator like 100 times on the contact information provided on ticket but nobody answered to my calls. Anyways I rushed to the boarding point and reached 20 mins before the pickup time. Upon reaching I got to know that the bus had already left from the boarding point. Upon tracking the bus I saw that It had left almost half n hour before the pickup timing (having the screenshot for the same).
I couldn’t board bus even reaching the pick up point way before the mentioned time. Wowww…Shouldn’t it be communicated to me if there was change in timings.?
I contacted Paytm support immediately and told them to schenario, they also couldn’t reach out to bus operator. Anyways I asked for the refund for my booking same day and I was told that I will be provided resolution in few days.
After few days I contacted paytm support many times and now I’m being told that operator refused to refund for the ticket. Paytm also refusing to pay for the refund saying they are just an intermediate platform and can’t-help with it.
Executive on call didn’t offer much help, all he could provide is bus operator number which I already had tried 100 times and was never reached. I asked to transfer my call to his supervisor, he couldn’t do that too.
I’ve contacted them many times even posted on social. No help at all. Was this information helpful? |
