I have done a payment of electricity bill on 24 may 2018 my money has been deducted from my bank account (State bank of india) but my payment got failed. Your order no is [protected] and paytm txn #[protected] and pos 80600958 i have done a payment of 2669 rs. Which was 55 rs from my paytm wallet and 2614 from my bank account but after transaction failed non of my money has been rolled back to my account
I have contacted paytm customer care but no one is reply me properly. I have open many query many tickets but there is no rply to any of them a proper reply i request you to arrange a call from your side.
I have contacted the sbi customer care they r saying the payment has been send to the paytm.
I have contacted to the mpcz the electricity provider customer care they r saying they have not recived any payment.
It’s a humble request to you please see to this matter as soon as possible as non of you customer care is provided me any type off solution.

It’s a humble request to solve my problem on prior basis.
