Sir, a customer sent me an amount of 10000 rupees by scanning qr code of my merchant paytm business account on 14/03/2018. Money received in paytm for business app but not transferred to linked bank account till now. It is showing like "amount should have been transferred by 15/03/2018, if you haven't received it please contact customer care." I am trying to call customer care no.[protected] daily, but no customer care agent responds to the call. Please tell me how can i get my money into the registered bank account in paytm for business app?
