Paytm Mobile Solutions — paytm gateway issue during online transaction

Hi,

This is regarding the transaction done in my bank account on[protected].

I have placed the order of 2 sarees in merchant site crazendemand.com and
Paid through the netbanking through paytm gateway during the payment i had
Network issue and i got network error, hence the order is not placed.

Below is the sms alert i received from the bank

The transaction is successful at the bank and pending with paytm mobile solutions.

Could you please check and respond to me, if the amount is pending with you.

Dear customer, your account xx4582 has been debited with inr 2, 798.00 on
03-sep-18. Info: bil*onl*[protected]*paytm m. The available balance is inr
