Paytm Mobile Solutions — Paytm has frozen my funds

Paytm has frozen my funds saying I have not completed kyc. But I had already completed the mini kyc and was using the wallet for amounts less than 10, 000. Now paytm has frozen all the money in my paytm wallet and wants to force me to do full kyc to forcefully increase the limit beyond 10, 000 which I do not wish.
Anyway I tried to do online kyc and there is some bug in their app that prevents me from completing the process and when I asked for doorstep kyc they said it isnt available in my location but they said I have to go to a certain office near my town just to unfreeze my account.
This is basically holding people’s money as a ransom to force them to do full kyc and forcefully convert its customers into full time customers. By their T&C I am not required to do full kyc to use the wallet and a mini kyc is enough but they have frozen my funds. When I asked them to unfreeze my accounts with mini kyc status and that I would complete my full kyc later, they are repeating the same thing forcing me to do full kyc in order to unfreeze the account.
