Today I t tried to book a rail ticket on IRCTC via paytm gateway, but the transation failed and payment not received by IRCTC and my money got debited from my bank a/c please refund my money back.

transaction no- PUR/PTM*IRCTC/NOIDA/PTM*IRCTC/Seq No 450597
please refund it to my external bank a/c as early possible
