Paytm Mobile Solutions — Paytm is a useless service provider with no responsibilities towards its failures | |||||
This is 3 or 4th time i faced problem with paytm where amount has been deducted from my account but not reached paytm wallet. earlier also after begging so many times to paytm they responded after a long time. And this time i added funds to my paytm wallet twice from my same central bank card, i made two transactions of 5000 each, once it got credited in paytm wallet and second transaction they showed failed but it got deducted from my bank account. Now these fools are saying that your card was invalid, contact your bank we cannot do anything. Just answer me if the same card once added balance to the paytm wallet how can it be invalid for second transaction. I am in a loss of 5000 inr and they are only saying we cannot do anything. Such a third grade service and third grade server. How can INdia become digital with these useless service providers. and i use so many other apps like paytm but never faced any problem with any other app till now Was this information helpful? | |||||
