Paytm Mobile Solutions — paytm kyc process

I did my kyc nearly 2 years ago. On 10th april, 2019 i tried to add money to my wallet which i have been using for over 2 years and i could not. But, the amount was added to paytm gift voucher instead. Just a couple of minutes ago i was able to add an amount to pay electricity bill from my pattm wallet but later i could not. Upon calling them i was informed that it is because minimum kyc has to be done. So, here is my confusion:
1. Just a couple of minutes prior to the incident and for an entire two years i was able to transact and add money to my paytm wallet but suddenly they realized that minimum kyc was not done.
2. I was able to add to paytm gift voucher but not to the wallet even though my status was minimum kyc! Should the same rules not apply as both are money transfer.
3. Upon checking on my phone in my profile/account it is given that the kyc will expire in 24 august 2019. So, why this fuss?

When i called the helpline i was told that they have a special helpline for kyc. They transferred the call wherein i was told that i need to do min. Kyc and that earlier kyc has expired. Even my regular bank under rbi never says my kyc has expired.??? My mutual fund just asks me to update kyc but don't stop my payment facility and they have multiple agencies to comply with.

The operator/assistance at paytm call center kept repeating that i need to do minimum kyc without understanding my point. Thereafter she transferred to her superior (I am assuming that) who also kept repeating the same thing. They seem to be ill equipped to handle queries at all levels.

I went to the kyc center as suggested by them and tried to do kyc and there was an error saying the kyc is already done. That message was sent to them by the agent. Is someone else using my kyc??? I wonder. Also, when i checked with the helpline (Human assisted) they asked me when i did the kyc. I told them they should have a record. They did not. Is it too much to expect?

I have repeatedly tried calling them and now the number goes to voice assisted call... That is absolutely no help. Also, i sent a message on chat on 10th april, 2019 but no response. I thought they should be very concerned and show urgency in resolving this issue. After all it is about money and transactions and security.

Btw, the amount transferred is not showing in the pattm voucher when i go to redeem the amount!

I seriously feel there is some fraudulent activity afoot. Else, why would they not want to resolve my issue properly. First they need to address the issue correctly and then resolve it.

I would request the following;

1. Transfer of rs. 4000 added by mistake to paytm gift voucher through my credit card to be credited back to my credit card

2. I should be enable to close my paytm wallet.

Can you also help me in how i can report this matter to the rbi?
