Paytm Mobile Solutions — paytm merchant account fraud

I received payment of rs6000 to my merchant account on 11 july. Till date i did not receive the amount to my bank account. I call morethan 100 times to paytm merchant helpline but the representative keep saying the same that will get the amount in 48 hours. Please loom into this and requeste to slove the issue. Complaint number 05534091
After which i receive another payment which got settled into my bank but the 6000rs still didn't received
