Paytm has suspended my transactions in the wallet and not allowing crediting the balance to my bank account citing my kyc has lapsed...I had earlier provided my aadhaar card number and PAN number as well and now they say their previous kyc clearance lasted for an year only.Well i am not interested in continuing with the wallet anymore. But they are not allowing closiure of the account and crediting the balance of nearly 1000 Rs to my bank account.Any number of complaints to their customer care do not give any solution beyond in person completion of KYC and they don't even address the issue of closure...Very unfair, unethical and unprofessional..How to get paytm to be reasonable ?
