Paytm Mobile Solutions — paytm not refunding the money | |||
On 26th oct, i made a payment of rs 2000 using my paytm. The payment got denied and the got deducted from my account. I contacted paytm and they told me that they have refunded the money to bank, but the bank clearly denied of any such refund. Its almost going to be 2 months following up with paytm but they are fooling me by making different different statement on daily basis. Infact they are deleting my complaints from their app due to which i have to file a new complaint everytime. I am seriously fed up of all this now. Was this information helpful? | |||
