Paytm Mobile Solutions — Paytm order failed but money deducted

Greetings,

I have a complaint regarding my order processed on the 30th of March. I had recharged for my Jio number via Paytm for Rs. 402 which has been deducted from my bank but I have not received any recharge. I called Jio customer support and also visited the gallery they asked me to get in touch with you. Please if you can help me with a refund or process the attendance.

i have pay bill of Rs.2903 and use promo code NEWDIVCE but i cant recive cash back of 200 rs why pytm is doing fake with me pls help me my e mail id is [protected][protected]@gmail.com its registar for pytmaccount
