Dear sir,
I have started using paytm service through with my old mobile no. [protected]...
Due to some reason my old mobile has been dis-continuous...
Currently I'm using paytm service my new no. [protected]...
Becaue my KYC has been done with old no.
I'm unble to do kyc with new no.
Paytm service has been added my ticket refund money in my wallet new mobile no... now I'm able use wallet money because my KYC has been done with my old no.
Paytm team has not any solution for this solution
Its mean if you have active your mobile no. then you will able to use your wallet money ..if you loss your mobile no. then paytm team will not return money to my bank
