Paytm Mobile Solutions — paytm payment bank fraud by not giving money | |||
Wrost service by paytm i have a merchant account on my number. On 1st may 2019 at 9:17 am someone pay me to my merchant account that is link with my paytm payment bank saving account but still not receive the payment today's date 07/05/2019. Every time i call to the customer care they say it will be in a day or 2. I call their customer care every day for my payment. When talk to merchant customer care they say we settled your payment its the issue of your bank if money is nkt credited. When talk to bank they say it's because of your merchant. On 6th may 2019 they say me that your paytm kyc is expire so do it and you receive the payment. But i done my kyc earlier so that i can't face this type of issue. But now the payment is in between not in my account. So please help someone if they have some kind of issue Was this information helpful? | |||
